dinner: grass fed beef, lime, cauliflower, onions, tomatillos

(I went to bed at 21:15 and got woke up at 00:15 because I got called into work. I was at work until 1530 the next day). Diet was not a priority
Breakfast: went out to breakfast with work guys at 4:45, bacon, sausauge, ham, potatoe, broccoli, cheddar, onion, pepper, spinach skillet
lunch: went out to lunch with with guys and a vendor, calamari, 2 small meat lovers pizza squares, chicken chopped salad, blue cheese, egg, avaocado, bacon, italian
Dinner: chicken, spinach, apple
Went out: Whiskey, gyros and fries

Breakfast: 2 eggs, spinach
post workout: protein shake
Lunch: grass fed beef, cauliflower, onions, carrots, tomatillos
Dinner: pork ribs, salsa, rice, beans
party: wine, beer, cheese, hors douvres, pie, candy, etc
Roommates threw Amanda and I an engagement party. Tons of fun, tons of food.

Lunch: tuna, spinach, carrots, broccoli, salsa
Post workout: protein shake
Dinner: chipotle burrito bowl (no rice or beans) pork, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, guacamole
