11/22 Matt

Breakfast:tuna, spinach, tomatoes, carrots, baba ghanoush, cheese
Lunch: steak, peppers, onions, 1 small tortilla, gucamole, fish oil, magnesium
snack: sunbutter
post wod: protein shake
dinner: house salad w/ balsamic, lamb chops, roasted vegetables (cauli, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, peppers, etc..), key lime pie (I caved but it was good!)

11/19-11/21 Matt

These days I was backpacking and camping in the cold. I tried to do the best I could with the food that was available.

breakfast: eggs, nuttella, mangoes, banana, sunflower seeds
snack: pecans, almonds, cranberries, banana
snack: nuts, eggs, dried fruit
dinner: beef chili, cheddar cheese, a little chocalate

11/21
breakfast: chorizo, cheese, tortilla, dried mango
snack: dried fruit, almonds, walnuts
dinner: bbq pork ribs, whiskey, salad, baked potato

Breakfast: Chipotle Burrito Bowl (pork, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, salsa), fish oil, magnesium
Lunch: Tuna, broccoli, carrots, salsa, small piece dark chocolate
Snack: Sunbutter, apple
Dinner: ground pasture raised lamb, bell pepper, tomato, spinach, baba ghanoush, 1 glass white wine

11/11
Breakfast: spaghetti squash, bell pepper, grass fed ground beef, marinara, fish oil, magnesium
snack: melon, sun butter
Lunch: chicken, spinach, bell pepper, dark chocolate
post workout: protein shake
dinner: grass fed beef, lime, cauliflower, onions, tomatillos

11/12
(I went to bed at 21:15 and got woke up at 00:15 because I got called into work. I was at work until 1530 the next day). Diet was not a priority
Breakfast: went out to breakfast with work guys at 4:45, bacon, sausauge, ham, potatoe, broccoli, cheddar, onion, pepper, spinach skillet
lunch: went out to lunch with with guys and a vendor, calamari, 2 small meat lovers pizza squares, chicken chopped salad, blue cheese, egg, avaocado, bacon, italian
Dinner: chicken, spinach, apple
Went out: Whiskey, gyros and fries

11/13
Breakfast: 2 eggs, spinach
post workout: protein shake
Lunch: grass fed beef, cauliflower, onions, carrots, tomatillos
Dinner: pork ribs, salsa, rice, beans
party: wine, beer, cheese, hors douvres, pie, candy, etc
Roommates threw Amanda and I an engagement party. Tons of fun, tons of food.

11/14
Breakfast: 3 eggs, spinach, salsa
Lunch: tuna, spinach, carrots, broccoli, salsa
Post workout: protein shake
Dinner: chipotle burrito bowl (no rice or beans) pork, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, guacamole
